For many children, preschool is the first experience they will have with a classroom setting. Escuela teachers are dedicated to making that experience an encouraging and empowering one. We strive to give children a friendly, safe, and open environment where their imaginations will flourish. We want our students to look forward to coming to school!

Welcome to Escuela Preschool!

Escuela is a preschool for 4- and 5-year-olds where learning is fun! At Escuela, our goal for each student is threefold: to foster a joy of learning; to assist in developing a positive self image; and to promote social growth and confidence.

Established in 1972 by local moms Linda Gresham and Judy Winje, the founding philosophy of creating an environment rich in learning opportunities has flourished over the past four decades. Our students leave Escuela ready and excited for kindergarten - and equipped with skills and positive attitudes that set them up for success.

Our Classes

Escuela offers four sessions for children ages four and five from September through May:

MWF mornings (8:45-11:15)
MWF afternoons (12:15-2:45)
TuTh mornings (8:45-11:15)
TuTh afternoons (12:15-2:45)

What do kids learn at Escuela?

Basic early learning skills

We engage Escuela students in a variety of activities, projects, and lessons each day. Through our program, children learn basic concepts in math, science, art, and language, We also encourage social and physical development through interactive play. Our days are busy but FUN!
